Who Looks Outside, Dreams: Who Looks Inside Awakes. ~Carl Jung~
We often experience unpredictable events throughout our lives causing us to feel insecure about our future. Finding a therapist that will walk alongside you through life’s Eben- flows is not always easy. It is my life’s passion to help support individuals as they face their fears, anxieties and challenges life presents.
Area of Specialization; I have experience and extensive training working with children and adults of all ages who are affected or diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My experience consists of working as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), providing therapy for children and adults, Parent support & education as well as Neurodevelopmental testing. My experience is not limited to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ADS). My experience expands to working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing the negative affects of anxiety, depression and trauma while helping them to navigate through the pain and distress while building the necessary skills needed to confront the daily challenges.
Therefore, the importance of finding a therapist that builds on the relational foundation of trust and compassion while providing a safe non-judgmental space that will offer growth is a vital component.
I am a LPCC and have my M.A. in Master of Arts Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and Psychotherapy. I am drawn to these methodologies because they honor the interconnectedness of the whole being while seeking a deeper need for healing and restoration.
